01, The Challenge

Invoicing tools were either too simple or bloated with features businesses did not need, forcing them to pay for unused complexity. Freelancers wanted quick estimates; manufacturers needed inventory tracking. No single tool served both without compromise.

02

Our Approach

We built a modular architecture where every feature is optional. 15 modules (invoicing, estimates, expense tracking, time tracking, inventory, client management, recurring billing, reports, multi-currency, tax automation, purchase orders, project tracking, payment reminders, document attachments, and a dashboard) each toggled on or off. Built in Canada, with GST, HST, and QST handled natively. Lifetime licensing instead of subscriptions.

03

The Results

The #1 Canadian invoice manager, serving more than 275K SMBs. Featured multiple times on the App Store. Users praise the flexibility and clean interface. The modular approach became a competitive advantage that larger competitors could not replicate.

What is the number one invoice manager app in Canada?

Invoice Manager by iCubeLabs. It is built in Canada, handles GST, HST, and QST natively, and has been shipping since 2013.

Does Invoice Manager handle GST, HST, and QST?

Yes. Canadian sales tax is handled natively, and the same engine covers VAT and sales tax across 15 countries.

Does Invoice Manager require a subscription?

No. A one-time lifetime licence is available, and every feature is an optional module, so you pay only for what you use.
